- Platform: The Fexa AI software, algorithms, and interface remain the exclusive property of GENISOFT.
- Generated Content: You retain full ownership of all content (text, meta tags, translations) generated by Fexa AI for your store. You are free to use, modify, and publish this content without restriction.
4. Disclaimer on AI Content
Fexa AI utilizes advanced Language Models to generate content. While we strive for accuracy and "human-like" quality (undetectable by standard checkers), **GENISOFT does not guarantee the factual accuracy or legal compliance** of the generated text. You acknowledge that AI output should be reviewed before publication.
5. Subscription & Billing
Services are billed on a subscription or credit basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with consumer protection laws, though B2B transactions are generally non-refundable once services are rendered.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GENISOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Fexa AI, including but not limited to temporary downtime, SEO ranking fluctuations, or data loss.
