We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and billing details (processed securely by Stripe).
- Shop Data: Product catalog information (names, descriptions, IDs) required for AI generation and translation. We do NOT store end-customer data from your shop.
- Usage Data: Logs of API usage, performance metrics, and dashboard interactions.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for:
- Providing the AI content generation and translation services.
- Billing and subscription management.
- Improving our AI models (anonymized data only).
- Security and fraud prevention.
4. Data Sovereignty & Security
As a French company, we adhere strictly to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Your data is hosted on secure servers within the European Union (via Google Cloud Platform). We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit.
5. Third-Party Processors
We partner with trusted services to deliver Fexa AI:
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- DeepSeek: AI engine powering Fexa AI generation and translation (catalog product texts are sent via API for processing).
- Google Cloud: Infrastructure, hosting, and fallback AI processing (Gemini).
- Firebase (Google): Account authentication (sign-in).
- Resend: Delivery of transactional and follow-up emails.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data directly from the Fexa Dashboard or contact us at support@fexaai.com for a full deletion request.
7. Free SEO Audit Requests
When you request the free audit, we store your email address, the shop URL you entered, the audit result, your language and, if you ticked the box, the date of your consent to follow-up emails, together with the source of your visit (campaign parameters such as UTM tags or click identifiers). We use them to send you the report and, only if you consented, up to three follow-up emails over the following days. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all further emails.
We keep this data until you ask us to delete it (write to support@fexaai.com, we erase it on request) or until you create an account, in which case it is covered by the rest of this policy. The audit only reads public pages of the shop you entered.
