AI search: which SEO priorities are changing?
Original SourceTraditional SEO is not disappearing
A Search Engine Land analysis recommends reassessing some priorities as AI-generated answers expand. This does not make crawling, indexing, internal linking or technical quality obsolete. Traditional results and AI-assisted answers coexist, and both depend on accessible, understandable pages.
Google uses E-E-A-T as a framework for thinking about quality, not as a single score that can be mechanically optimized.
Invest in value that is hard to replace
For a PrestaShop store, the priority remains accurate and useful information: guides based on real experience, documented comparisons, identifiable authors and consistent product data. A page that merely rewrites another source adds little value, regardless of keyword volume.
The sound strategy therefore combines technical foundations with original content. Performance should then be monitored separately in Search Console, analytics and sales data, without attributing every change to AI.
