Your Fexa AI plan gives you a credit quota that is renewed every month. This quota resets at the start of each billing period and does not roll over: unused monthly credits do not accumulate from one month to the next.

The key rule: Boosters spent after the monthly quota
This is the most important point to understand, and it is designed to protect you: your Booster credits are never touched as long as you still have monthly credits.
In practice, with each optimization Fexa AI first deducts from your monthly quota. Only once that quota is exhausted does the system draw from your Booster credits.
So the spending order is always the same:
- Monthly credits first, from your plan (which reset and do not roll over).
- Booster credits next (which never expire).
This priority has a very practical consequence: since monthly credits "perish" at each renewal while Booster credits are permanent, the system spends first what would have been lost anyway. Your Booster credits stay in reserve for as long as needed ā even several months.

How to top up, step by step
Topping up is done from the billing settings of your Fexa AI workspace.
- Open the Subscription & Credits page (billing settings).
- At the top, the Available Credits block shows your total balance ā that is, your remaining monthly credits plus your Booster credits. You also see your quota and the reset date.
- Scroll down to the Need more? section: the three Booster Packs are shown there, marked "No expiration".
- Click Buy under the desired pack (S, M or L).
- Confirm the purchase in the confirmation dialog.
- You are redirected to secure checkout to complete the transaction.
