The Batch Generator is the ultimate tool for stores with large catalogs. No more need to optimize each product by hand: the AI processes your product sheets in batches, intelligently.

The Batch Generator interface: once generation is complete, each sheet can be previewed (before/after) before applying all the fixes in a single click.
Why choose batch optimization?
| Feature | Manual Optimization | Fexa AI Batch |
|---|---|---|
| Speed | 10-15 min / product | < 1 sec / product |
| Consistency | Difficult on 1000 sheets | Perfect (via Brand Voice) |
| SEO Score | Variable | Systematically maximized |
| AEO Score | Often forgotten | Included by default |
How to launch your first Batch?
In the Batch Generator panel, select up to 50 products per batch, then click on the "Generate Suggestions" button. The AI will then:
- Analyze each selected product.
- Apply your Editorial Tone settings (e.g., Professional, Friendly).
- Inject your Brand Identity principles defined in the configuration.
Good to know: generation relies on Gemini 3.1 Pro (the default premium engine) and on the anti-template signature memory: each sheet in the same batch gets its own editorial angle, to avoid a copy-paste effect across the whole catalog. See how the AI generates your content.
The verification workflow
Once the generation is complete, the status changes to "Review". The preview now shows everything generated. Fexa AI offers you a before/after comparative table for a quick review:
- Global preview: Check that new Meta Titles are more eye-catching.
- Individual detail: Click on the "Eye" icon for a full preview, which now includes:
- the Title & meta description;
- the short & long descriptions;
- the generated FAQ;
- the image ALT tags.
- Validation: If part of it doesn't suit you, no need to remove the whole product — see the per-field control below.
SEO Tip: Use the Batch for your "Striking Distance" products (those on Google's page 2) to propel them to page 1 quickly.
Per-field control: only apply what you want
Each field in the preview has its own checkbox. Uncheck any element (for example the FAQ, or a specific ALT tag) to exclude it from being applied, while keeping the rest.
This is useful when:
- you want to apply the new Title and the new meta description, but keep your current description;
- the generated FAQ doesn't quite fit a product, but the rest is perfect;
- you'd rather not touch the ALT tags on some images that are already optimized.
Only the checked fields will be written to your store. A product whose fields are all unchecked is simply skipped during application.
