📦 SILO 7: Batch Processing
📦 Batch Processing

Apply

The final step: validate and publish your batch optimizations on your PrestaShop store. Manage errors and check the result.

Reading time : 5 min

Your optimizations are generated. They are temporarily stored in Fexa AI. For them to be visible on Google, they must be sent to your store.

After generation, you see a list of results in a table format.

You can:

  • Click on "Preview" (the eye) to see the details of the changes suggested by the AI (Title, meta description, descriptions, FAQ and ALT tags).
  • Delete a product from the batch (trash icon) if you don't like the result at all.

Choosing exactly what gets published (field by field)

You don't have to accept or reject a product as a whole. In the preview, each field has its own checkbox. Uncheck whatever you don't want to apply (for example the long description, or the FAQ): only the checked fields will be written to your store.

In practice, you can for example:

  • publish only the Title + meta descriptions of a batch, while keeping your existing descriptions;
  • apply the image ALT tags without touching the text;
  • accept everything except the FAQ on a few sensitive products.

It's the safest way to industrialize optimization while keeping fine-grained editorial control.

The big jump: "Apply to Shop"

If everything looks correct, click on "Apply Selected".

Fexa AI then connects to your PrestaShop via the API and updates ONLY the checked fields in your database. It is instantaneous.

Security: Fexa AI automatically creates a backup point ("Snapshot") before applying changes. If you ever change your mind, you can go back (see the Rollback tutorial).

Checking on the store

Go to your PrestaShop site. Refresh a product page you just modified. The new title and new description should appear.

Well done! You have just optimized in 5 minutes what would have taken you 3 days by hand.

Next step: Consulting the history of changes
