Rollback: How to cancel an optimization in 1 click

To err is human. And sometimes, the AI can get the tone wrong or hallucinate a characteristic. Fortunately, Fexa AI has a time machine.

How to restore an old version?

1. Go to the History & Rollback menu.
2. Locate the action you want to cancel (e.g., "Batch Optimization - 45 products").
3. Click on the "Rollback" button (the back arrow ↩️).

Undo several optimizations at once (bulk rollback)

After a bad batch (for example content generated in the wrong language), you don't have to undo each line one by one.

1. Tick the checkboxes on the left of the actions to undo — or use "Select all" to tick the whole page.
2. Click on "Undo selected (N)".
3. Fexa AI restores all the relevant snapshots in a single operation.

Availability: rollback (single and bulk) is included starting from the Pro plans. Like single undo, it consumes no credits.

What happens?

Fexa AI will:

1. Retrieve the "Snapshot" (the backup) taken just BEFORE the action.
2. Rewrite the old data in your PrestaShop.
3. Mark the action as "Reverted" in the history.

It's instantaneous. Your store returns exactly to the previous state.

Note: Rollback does not consume credits. It's free.

Rollback limits

Fexa AI keeps history for 30 days (90 days for the Agency plan). After this period, it is no longer possible to go back.
